Over 5,000 managed homes to choose from

Lloyds Living is committed to improving access to modern homes in locations where people want to live. All you have to do is take a look at our developments, pick one that you like, and get in touch to arrange a viewing. If you decide you’d like to move in, we will arrange for you to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent (which is deducted from your first month’s rental payment). We’ll then guide you through the referencing process. Once this is complete, you’ll be invited to sign your tenancy agreement, pay your first month’s rent and security deposit, and agree a move‑in date. It really is that simple!

Fully managed homes for stress-free living

You can rest assured that all of our homes are professionally managed, which means that everything is looked after and any maintenance problems that arise will be dealt with quickly and effectively.

Some of our developments have a full-time on-site manager and others have a visiting manager who will make regular visits to your development. Either way, there’s someone keeping on top of things.

For additional peace of mind, if something in your home or development requires maintenance and it’s not due to negligence, misuse or damage, you won’t be charged for it.

Homes for all stages of life

Everyone looks for something different when choosing a home. You may be looking for a short‑term place to start out, a home to settle into for many years to come, or planning on renting before taking your first steps on the property ladder. Whatever your situation, we have a solution to fit your needs.

Our approach to renting is focused on stability and security, giving you the freedom to stay in your home for as long as it continues to work for you. If owning a home is part of your longer-term plans, our Lloyds Living Shared Ownership scheme also gives you the option to purchase a share in your home from day one.
