• You acknowledge that your data will be handled securely and in accordance with Lloyds Living’s privacy policy.
• If our environmental data suggests there may be a potential health or safety concern, we’ll get in touch to talk through next steps. For example, this could include higher-than-expected humidity readings. Our priority is to keep you informed and supported, so you can feel confident and comfortable in your home.
